Upma Kite is an amazing person whose vision and passion inspires, guides and propelles RF Fashion! Her concept has enabled large numbers of women to own their own individual beauty and gain confidence. Through RF Fashion I have been given a chance to take part in RF Treasury fashion show 2024! I am thrilled and so grateful to have this opportunity with these highly professional team of people! International model Madeline is inspirational and her kind giving nature is testimony to this dedicated team. Women come in shapes and sizes and we are beautiful. Thank you for giving some one who(69) would not normally be considered as a model to have this glittering opportunity!

Ashmita Sharma

It’s so rare to see a fashion show that doesn’t intimidate but rather encourages and inspires. Yet another high-end fashion show by Ravishing fashionistas. Making sure guests enjoy their show night with fun, comfort, and glamour is outstanding. Loveeeee and respect. I can’t wait for the next show.

Sarah Hutson

As one of the Designers with Ravishing Fashionistas, I loved and worked with their goal to empower and embrace women of all sizes, nationality and beliefs. Over the months we prepped and designed an outfit that would stand out on the runway for each of my 10 beautiful models. RF was a great creative motivator for me during quiet retail times. I really enjoyed working with the models and the many talented people behind the scenes. We received a large amount of photography and videos from the main show, as well as the promotional shoot, for our own use. My social media was way up as all the RF models and crew were very active on the socials. I had a great overall experience as I always make the most of the events I am involved in.

Elita Graham

My daughters first professional casting. She was treated very well n their professionalism is next to none. Their whole mission shines through with inclusivity easy to see. A very pleasant experience

Paris Ravest

I joined the Rf team for the 2023 show and felt valued even though my modelling career was just starting. I’m back in it again this year with so much more experience so looking forward to everything Rf brings. All of the team are really friendly and easy to work with. Upma is such a kind and professional woman and her industry contacts are invaluable. They do look after their models and want it to be equal for everyone involved. The training is great this year too. It’s such a good experience to progress yourself into the modelling world. I highly recommend Ravishing Fashionistas.

Queena Wang

We had an amazing experience with RAVISHING FASHIONISTAS! They provided a wonderful opportunity for my daughter Heidi to be trained in various workshops, which were not only fun but also incredibly educational. The organizers were professional, supportive, and truly passionate about nurturing young talent. My daughter showcased her modelling skills in the show and it was an unforgettable experience for her. Highly recommend RAVISHING FASHIONISTAS for anyone looking to give their child a fantastic start in the world of modelling!

Kylie Noel

My 2 daughters are doing the catwalk with ravishing fashionistas. This is their first time doing a catwalk and I would have to say I am so happy it is with them! The fact that they are all about positive body image, makes me so happy! I was a tad nervous getting them involved in catwalk as I had done this when I was younger and it was nothing like what I am seeing from these ladies! They are the most inclusive, friendly, down to earth bunch of people I have ever come across in this industry! My daughters have made some lifelong friends here and because of ravishing fashionistas, we will most definitely continue in this industry! Thank you for the confidence you have given my girls to believe in themselves!

Sanchari Panda

An amazing experience with workshop to improve skills and confidence. Ravishing fashionistas has motivated me to walk confidently and present myself elegantly. Looking forward to walking for the upcoming fashion show on 1st September, 2024!
Thank you Upma and team.

Nataliya Thacker

I’m extremely grateful to be a part of the amazing RF4 in 2022 and RF5 this year. I’m 60 years old, Ukrainian. In past I was very shy and not sure that I was good enough to call myself a model. I became confident in my own skin as a result of the amazing kindness of Upma Kite and exeptence to the Ravishing Fashionistas family. Due to the constant support and reassure of Upma Kite and all the RF team I truly believe now that every woman can be a model in her own right. Gaining this confidence I participated in Ms Diamond International 2022 and I’ve been awarded the title of Ms Diamond International 22. RF has empowered me to embrace my unique beauty. Thinking that I’m a model at my age makes me happy, and I am able now to overcome all difficulties in my life. Highly recommend RF, which breaks stereotypes in the fashion industry!!! Thank you, Ravishingfashionistas family!!!

The great part about RF is its mission to bring diversity in the fashion industry; breaking stereotypes about how a model should look. At our recent Spring launch at The Old Government House, there was a great representation across age, cultural background and body types. As a designer, it was a dream come true to see our work on the RF runway. Kudos to its founder, Upma Kite for her unrelenting work to make her vision a reality.

Tanya Tsalamangos

As a young model I was told I wasn’t tall enough, my hair wasn’t straight enough, I had too many freckles. Ravishing Fashionista’s have taught me I am enough. That I can just be me Thankyou to everyone involved!

Julie Timmins

Ravishing Fasionistas lead tirelessly by Upma Kite continue to deliver on the vision of diversity and inclusion. Celebrating all women by breaking fashion industry stereotypes, the tradition continues to bring Brisbane into the spotlight with fantastic venues, innovative fashion and accessory designers and exotic models. Congratulations Upma and the dedicated RF team for staying true to the values that promote and empower women to find the confidence to embrace their unique capabilities.

Ashutosh Raina

Upma as the brain behind this initiative/event is absolutely “ravishing” with her thoughts, strategy and leadership. Eye for detail in each and every event has made sure that RF is one of the top fashion events in the calendar of who’s’who of QLD. All the very best Upma and team RF for future endeavours.

Candice Skjonnemand

Upma, the sponsors, designers, makeup/hair, organisers and the modelling team go above and beyond to organise these incredible fashion events to be at an elite standard! Behind the high class level of professionalism are many incredibly unique and haute couture designers which present eye catching “wow” statements down the runway. It is my absolute favourite fashion show of the year and being behind the scenes has given me an even greater appreciation for these events. Top standard!

Jane Brassington

I am so delighted to be one of the models at RF. I find that they embrace diversity and give me a platform to grow, especially since its my first time modelling.
